The Army National Guard Officer Candidate School (OCS) program gives you an opportunity to become a leader of tomorrow's Army National Guard. The skills and training that you acquire as an OCS candidate will help prepare you for the challenges that lay ahead as a commissioned officer. As a commissioned officer, you will acquire leadership and management skills that are in high demand in the military as well as in your civilian career.

Officer Candidate School (OCS) is an intense leadership training ground. It's physically and mentally challenging, and not everyone's cut out for it. But those who are accepted-and make it through-agree it's one of the most rewarding experiences of their lives. Whether you're a first-time Soldier or have prior military experience, OCS will transform you into an effective leader.
 

Basic Requirements

- Must be attending a college or university
- At least 90 college credit
- U.S. citizen to commission
- Must be medically qualified
- Pass the Army Physical Fitness Test

*If you do not meet all of the above requirements contact us and we can inform you of what other options may be available to you to put you back on the officer path.

- Meet HT/WT (Marginal tape test not acceptable)

- Minimum age of 18 and Maximum age 42 at commissioning

- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (Police Check)- Complete Basic Training

- GT Score of 110 or higher (ASVAB)
