You have the desire to become more, to serve others, to make a difference. That inner strength will empower you on your journey toward fitness. Remember, the Army National Guard will require that strength when you’re called to protect those who need it most, save lives and restore communities.

 

The military physical requirements for the Army state that you must be medically and physically fit, and able pass the Occupational Physical Assessment Test (OPAT). No matter where your level of fitness is today, commit to making a change that will make you physically ready to take on Basic Combat Training and stay mission-ready.
